Sportsday - Breaking sports newsLive - BBC Sport

Don't be too downhearted, Reading fans. Remember, there's always someone worse off than you.

Take the footballers of Caerphilly Castle Ladies in the Women's Welsh Premier League, who lost their last match 43-0, having already suffered 36-0, 28-0 and 26-0 defeats this season.

In 10 matches this season, they have scored one goal and conceded 219, after suffering an exodus of players.

Chairwoman Julie Boyce says: "We're putting a brave face on things, but yes it's tough, and if it went on indefinitely, it would threaten the future of the club."
