A music teacher from Birmingham has appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy and other offences against children.
Phillip Evans, 38, from Warwards Lane, Selly Oak, worked at King Edward's School in Edgbaston at the time of the alleged offences, police said.
He appeared before magistrates in Birmingham and was bailed to reappear at the court on 13 December.
West Midlands Police said King Edward's School was helping with its inquiries.
Mr Evans is accused of two counts of sexual assault by touching a male under the age of 16 years, four counts of voyeurism, one count of making an indecent image of a child and one count of taking an indecent image of a child.
